Xác định phương thức thanh toán của khách ở Hải Âu, Hội An
- xác định giá buồng của khách
- X ác định đối tượng thanh toán và phương thức thanh toán
- Trường hợp khách tự thanh toán
+ Tiền mặt ( kể cả séc du lịch) : nếu khách thanh toán bằng tiền mặt, khách sạn thường yêu cầu khách thanh toán trước tiền phòng ngay khi đăng kí
+ Thẻ tín dụng : khi khách muốn thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng , nhân viên lễ tân phải xác định một số thông tin sau:
Xem loại thẻ tín dụng đó có được chấp nhận không
Xem thẻ có còn hiệu lực không
Xác định xem thẻ có còn giá trị sử đụng không, thông qua máy đọc thẻ hoặc bằng thông báo số thẻ bị hủy ủa ngân hàng
Kiểm tra tên khách có giống với tên trong thẻ không, nếu tên ghi tren thẻ là của công ty thì khách phải chứng minh được phép sử dụng đó
Xác định giới hạn tanh toán thẻ tín dụng của khách
Sau khi xác định đúng thông tin trên , nhân viên lễ tân có thể in ra các liên ( sales slip)
- trường hợp khách được công ty thanh toán
Nếu được thanh toán bởi các công ty thì nhân viên lễ tân phải biết các công ty nào được phép thanh toán sau với khách sạn và phải làm thủ tục cần thiết khác , nhân viên lễ tân phải thông báo cho khách các dịch vụ công ty sẽ thanh toán và những dịch vụ khách phải tự thanh toán
Thanh toán bằng voucher , khách hàng có thể tự mua tour trọn gói hoặc trả tiền trước về lưu trú thông qua các công ty du lịch, các đại lý lữ hành. Các công ty sẽ phát hành các voucher của khách khi họ đến đăng kí buồng và sau đó gửi cho các công ty phát hành để được thanh toán
Nhân viên lễ tân phải biết khách sạn chấp nhận thanh toán voucher của các công ty du lịch và đại lý lữ hành nào . khi nhận voucher của khách nhân viên cần xem tên khách hang, giá buồng và các dịch vụ ghi trên voucher để cung cấp các dịch vụ
