الهدف من إقامة المشروع ليس فقط الزراعة، بل يمتد إلى إنشاء مجمعات عمرانية جديدة، تسهم فى الانطلاق خارج الوادى الضيق، والاستفادة من البنية الأساسية والتحتية التى تم تنفيذها بمختلف أنحاء الجمهورية، وتشمل شبكة الطرق، والآبار، إضافة إلى وجود مراكز بحثية ومكاتب للإرشاد الزراعى تسهم فى زيادة الطاقة الإنتاجية للأراضى الزراعية

The goal of the project not only agriculture, but also to create new urban parks, contribute to launch out of a Canyon, existing infrastructure and infrastructure that have been implemented throughout the Republic, including roads, wells, together with research centers and agricultural extension offices to help increase the productive capacity of agricultural land
