- Thực tập tốt nghiệp có vai trò quan trọng không chỉ với quá trình học tập mà còn với cả sự nghiệp trong tương lai . Qua quá trình được thực tập tại khách sạn Dakruco nơi đã giúp em tìm hiểu và hội nhập phần nào về môi trường làm việc như hiểu biết về văn hóa doanh nghiệp , ngành nghề mà mình đang làm và đang thực tập , các quy định , nội quy , các thủ tục …và quan trọng nhất là hiểu biết về các yêu cầu công việc mình đang thực tập , Rèn luyện kỹ năng nghiên cứu, giải quyết các vấn đề (kỹ năng chuyên môn, kỹ năng mềm) , tiếp cận với nghề nghiệp, tự tin hơn sau khi ra trường và đi tìm việc , định vị được những công việc sẽ làm sau khi ra trường , nhận biết được điểm mạnh, điểm yếu của mình , những kỹ năng – kiến thức cần được trang bị thêm (ngoài chương trình đào tạo chính quy ở trường) để đáp ứng công việc , thiết lập được mối quan hệ trong nghề nghiệp.

- Để đáp ứng những đòi hỏi ngày càng cao của thị trường đối với dịch vụ du lịch và khách sạn, vấn đề phát triển nguồn nhân lực có đầy đủ ý nghĩa thực tiễn và lý luận, là nhiệm vụ đặt ra của các trường đào tạo nhân lực cho ngành ngoại ngữ. Sau một thời gian được trang bị kiến thức trên cơ sở lý thuyết em đã có dịp học hỏi thực tế. Trong thời gian thực tập là thực hiện phương châm giáo dục lý thuyết gần với thực tiễn, học đi đôi với hành, nhà trường gắn liền với xã hội để qua đó củng cố nâng cao kiến thức đã được học. Vận dụng những kiến thức đã học vào việc áp dụng khả năng ngoại ngữ của mình vào công việc mình đang thực tập sau 2 tháng thực tập tại Khách sạn Dakruco bộ phận lễ tân mà em đã được làm, được quan sát, các cán bộ CNV đã chỉ bảo và giúp đỡ em rất nhiều để em hoàn thành tốt bài báo cáo này
