Le concessionnaire gérera ses résidus par ses propres moyens. Le Concessionnaire ne pourra pas utiliser les installations de l’Aéroport à cet effet, sauf autorisation expresse, et si c’est le cas, il devra respecter les conditions spécifiées dans ladite autorisation. Il pourrait être exempté de cette responsabilité si et seulement si, sur le marché, il n’y avait pas d’entreprises proposant ces services,
