Для экспортного субсидирования сельхозпродукции и продовольствия существует схема связывания, а затем поэтапного сокращения (в течение 6-летнего периода по затратам - на 36% от первоначально связанного размера субсидий, и по объему - на 21%). Присоединяющиеся государства должны предоставить информацию в ВТО об используемых экспортных субсидиях и принять обязательства по их сокращению. При этом следует подчеркнуть, что члены т.н. Кернской группы особо настаивают на отмене всех экспортных субсидий, так как, по их мнению, они наиболее разрушительным способом воздействуют на международную торговлю.
