Tạm nhập tái xuất được quy định tro

Tạm nhập tái xuất được quy định trong Quy chế này là việc thương nhân Việt Nam mua hàng của một nước để bán cho một nước khác, có làm thủ tục nhập khẩu hàng hoá vào Việt Nam và làm thủ tục xuất khẩu chính hàng hoá đó ra khỏi Việt Nam.

Tạm nhập tái xuất được thực hiện trên cơ sở hai hợp đồng riêng biệt: hợp đồng mua hàng do thương nhân Việt Nam ký với thương nhân nước xuất khẩu và hợp đồng bán hàng do thương nhân Việt Nam ký với thương nhân nước nhập khẩu. Hợp đồng mua hàng có thể ký trước hoặc sau hợp đồng bán hàng.
