ตามที่บริษัท นิปปอน คาร์โก้ ได้ให้ความไว้วางใจในการใช้บริการรถเช่าพร้อมคนขับรถของเรา และได้มีการตกลงรายละเอียดการจ้างพนักงานขับรถของเราเพิ่มเติมดังนี้
- หากวันอาทิตย์มีการใช้งาน จะให้พิเศษ 200 บาท
- กรณีการลงเวลา ตกลงกันว่า เศษของเวลาจะปัดขึ้น
แต่ภายหลังลูกค้าไม่ได้ปฏิบัติตามที่ได้ตกลงกันไว้เบื้องต้น และทาง PIL ไม่สามารถจัดหาพนักงานขับรถตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอได้
ดังนั้นทาง PIL จึงเรียนแจ้งว่าขอยกเลิกสัญญาในส่วนของพนักงานขับรถทั้งนี้ให้มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2557 เป็นต้นไป
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบ และขออภัยเป็นอย่างสูง
