3.3 Method
Measurement of construct validity, Factor analysis was utilized to investigate the validity of data in the questionnaire. Varimax rotation was selected to generate the factors. All factors loadings are 0.726 – 0.919 as being greater than the 0.40 cut-off and are statistically significant, which factor loading of each construct should not be less than 0.40 (Hair, Black, Anderson and Tatham, 2006). Hence, it indicated that there is a convergent validity in this study. Cronbach alpha coefficients were evaluated for the reliability of the measurement. In the scales reliability, Cronbach alpha coefficients are (0.701 – 0.874) as being greater than 0.70 (Nunnally and Bernstien, 1994). Therefore, in this study, the scales of all measures appear to produce internally consistent results. Consequently, these constructs met acceptable validity and reliability of the measurement for further analysis. The results of both factor loadings and Cronbach alpha for multiple-item scales are shows in Table 1.
