From the summary table above, we can see three turn Vol, Trans and Size are the most influential factors to capital expenditures of enterprises shares in Vietnam. In this model, all three variables are statistically significant in determining the cost of capital. Large enterprises with total assets high and economic scale will have big positions in the market and attract investors, thanks to the reputation and the financial situation of the enterprises and reduced the risk of bankruptcy

In the model, all three variables are statistically significant in determining the cost of capital. Large enterprises with total assets of high and economies of scale will be larger position in the market and attract investors by reputation and financial status of the business and minimize the risk of bankruptcy
