Assessment instruction
This Assessment Project is to be completed in addition to the learning and assessment tutorial activities
you complete in class during the course. This Project evaluates a number of elements of competency
that will assess your knowledge and skills in designing and developing business documents using Assessment Checklist
Before you hand in these assessment tasks, use the checklist below to make sure you have completed
all the tasks and have included all the files in Assessment 2 folder
Part 1
o Answered three questions from Task 1 and 6 questions from Task 2.
o All tasks from Part1 should be saved in one document, named “Assessment 2_Part1_student
no”
Part 2
o Created a Christmas Party Invitation template and saved as MyTemplate_1
o Created a Memo and saved as MyMemo_studnet no
o Created a Business letter and saved as MyLetter_studnet no
o Created a Newsletter and saved as MyNewsletter_studnet no
o Edited Assessment 2 Part 2 Task 5 file and saved as MyMacro_student no
Part 3
o Completed the excel data table task in word and saved as Mysales_student no
o Completed excel charting in word and saved as MyChart_studnet no
o Developed an Advanced form template and saved as MyFormTemplate_student no
o Created a form from the template using dummy information and saved as MyForm_student no
Part 4
o Developed a letter template and saved as MyMergeLetterTemplate_student no
o Stored customer data in either excel spreadsheet or access database and saved as
MyMergeData_student no
o Merged and printed letter as pdf and saved as MyMergeLetter_student no
