On the 11th of Jan your warranty period was expired, and all the tasks and changes up to this date were treated and done.
About 6 months after the date expiration we kept offering you a maintenance service in a case you were interested.
You may check our e-mailing on the 11th Jan, 19th Feb and on the 23th Mar .
In any case you will decide to have a service agreement with us, we will be glad to do so.
