a) Trong trường hợp Bên Mua thực hi

a) Trong trường hợp Bên Mua thực hiện đúng các điều khoản của hợp đồng mà Bên Bán thi công chậm tiến độ so với hợp đồng. Bên Bán sẽ chịu phạt một khoản tiền là 0.1% giá trị hợp đồng cho mỗi ngày chậm trễ, nhưng không vượt quá 5% giá trị hợp đồng.
