الانشطة التدريبية والمعينات المستخدمة1- الانشطة التدريبية المحاضرة المناقشة العصف الذهني لعب الادوارسيناريو وحوار المسرحية Role playتم عمل مسرحية بواسطة الطالبات عن مرض السكر وذلك لتسهيل وصول المعلومة للمسنين وذلك لعدم قدرتهم علي استيعاب المحاضرات الطويلة حيث تم تأليف المسرحية بواسطة الطلبة حيث قامت بدور الطبيبة الطالبة نورهان محمد وقامت بدور المريضة الطالبة ندي حمدي ومريضة اخري الطالبة أية الششتاوي والطالبة اية راضي قامت بدور الممرضة والطالبة هاجر قامت بدور اخصائي التغذية والتثقيف الصحي وتم توصيل المعلومات من خلال تجسيد أدوار فعلية وذلك حتي لا يشعر المسن بالمرض . 2- المعينات المستخدمة  صور(عن كيفية التعايش مع مرض السكر والروتين اليومي الصحي لمريض السكر-صورة عن احذر خطر القدم السكري والاشياء التي يجب عملها والاشياء التي يجب تجنبها باور بوينت فليب شارت (flip chart) بعض المجسمات اليدوية عن (مربع السلامة-الاطعمة المسموحة والغير مسموحة-مجسم لجسم الانسان يوضح أماكن اعطاء الانسولين –لوحة عن اعراض مرض السكرو هرم غذائي لمريض السكر) مطوي تثقيفي عن مرض السكر
