We have checked the relevant information on the internet and found that:

1. Nhat Tam registered the domain “jll.com.vn” and “jll.vn” in 2010 while the client filled the trademark registration application for mark JLL in 2012.

2. Nhat Tam does not take the initiative in contacting with the client for the selling purpose of that domain.

Therefore, the client is not able to stop Nhat Tam from using that domain. In our opinion, it can only act against any unauthorized use of JLL as a trademark in Vietnam.
