Hai bên thống nhất rằng, xuất phát từ lợi ích chung của các bên tham gia hợp đồng, mọi tranh chấp phát sinh sẽ được hai bên giải quyết bằng thương lượng và hòa giải trên tinh thần hợp lý, hợp tình, bình đẳng, cùng có lợi. TRong trường hợp không giải quyết được bằng hòa giải thì 2 bên sẽ thống nhất đề nghị Tòa án có thẩm quyền giải quyết theo quy định của pháp luât.
Tiền án phí và các chi phí khác có liên quan sẽ do bên thua kiện chi trả. Hai bên chấp thuận thực hiện các nghĩa vụ và giải quyết các tranh chấp căn cứ vào điều khoản qui định trong hợp đồng đã được ký kết và các quy định pháp luật hiện hành của Việt Nam.
