Khả năng thanh toán lãi vay phải lớn hơn 1. Nếu hệ số này nhỏ hơn 1 thì có 2 khả năng: 1) DN vay nợ nhiều và sử dụng nợ không hiệu quả; ii) khả năng sinh lợi của DN thấp, không đủ trang trải lãi vay.
