Bidang Personalia Koperasi Mahasisw

Bidang Personalia Koperasi Mahasiswa ITS berfungsi sebagai pengelola sumber daya tenaga kerja (karyawan) yang dipekerjakan di setiap unit usaha yang meliputi Mini Market, Swalayan, Laundry, dan bagian administrasi pusat. Bidang Personalia bertanggung jawab dalam memelihara keharmonisan antara pengurus dengan karyawan, menjamin kesejahteraan karyawan dengan pembagian beban kerja sesuai keahlian dan kecakapan, dan mempertahankan sikap loyalitas kerja karyawan dengan pembagian insentif yang sesuai dengan capaian prestasi karyawan setiap bulan,
Selama lima bulan bekerja, saya melakukan beberapa tugas sebagai direktur bidang yaitu:
1. Mengkonsep Rapat Anggota Tahunan dalam rangka pergantian kepengurusan koperasi pada awal masa jabatan.
2. Meninjau peraturan karyawan yang telah berlaku pada kepengurusan sebelumnya dan menyesuaikan dengan keperluan kepengurusan yang baru.
3. Mempertimbangkan tunjangan dan insentif karyawan sesuai Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Koperasi Mahasiswa ITS
4. Mengadakan rapat pengurus dan karyawan
5. Memfasilitasi aspirasi karyawan yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan unit usaha dan kesejahteraan karyawan.

Results (English) 1:

Field Personnel Cooperative Student ITS function as the provider of the resource of Labor (employees) employed in each business unit which includes a Mini Market, Supermarket, Laundry, and the Central Administration. Field Personnel responsible for maintaining harmony among administrators with employees, ensures the welfare of employees with appropriate workload sharing of expertise and know-how, and maintain employee loyalty stance with appropriate incentives with sharing of product each month, employee accomplishmentsDuring the five months of work, I did some errands as Director of field, namely:1. Conceptualize the Annual Member meeting in order to turn management of the cooperative at the beginning of term.2. Review employee regulations have occurred at the previous management and adapt to the new governance purposes.3. Consider the perks and incentives employees according to plan the budget revenue and Spending ITS Student Cooperative4. Hold meetings of Executive Board and employee5. Facilitate employee aspirations with regard to the development of the business units and employees ' welfare.

Results (English) 2:

Field of Student Personnel Cooperative ITS serves as the manager of labor resources (employees) employed in each business unit that includes the Mini Market, Supermarket, Laundry, and part of the central administration. Field of Personnel is responsible for maintaining harmony between the management and employees, ensuring the welfare of employees at the division of the workload according to expertise and skills, and maintain a strong loyalty of employees by division of appropriate incentives to the achievement of employee performance every month,
for five months of work, I did some duties as director of field, namely:
1. Conceptualized the Annual Meeting of Members in the framework of cooperative management turnover at the beginning of the term of office.
2. Reviewing regulations applicable to employees who have previous management and adjust to the needs of the new administration.
3. Consider the benefits and incentives of employees according to Budget Plan Student Cooperative ITS
4. Held a board meeting and the employee
5. Facilitating the aspirations of employees associated with the development of the business unit and employee benefits.
