Today is Monday. I woke up at 7 o’clock in this morning. I took a bath, washed my face, brushed my teeth, got dress my clothes then I walked to work. I worked until lunch time then I went to Banpai District of KhonKaen province. I ate lunch at the carte restaurant. O'clock in the afternoon I returned to work normally. After I finished work, I went to buy food at the restaurant. I ate dinner at 7 o'clock. I played computer and watched TV at the same time. I have to go to bed, because tomorrow is the clinical Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension disease, early in the morning.
