들어온 룸이 곰팡이 와 습한 냄새와 이불과 소파에서는 눅눅한 습함이 아예 잠도 못자게 하더군요
그래서 프론트에 바로 방을 바꿔달라고 하니 방이 없다고 내일 바꿔준다고 하고 (심지어 다른방에 나오는 에어컨 도 안나옵니다)
모두투어를 처음으로 이용하는 고객으로써 실망감이 더할나위없어요
이런호텔솨 제휴해서 고객을 유치하고 소개시켜주는건 아니라고 봅니다.
