Trường hợp không có bản chính C/O t

Trường hợp không có bản chính C/O tại thời điểm làm thủ tục hải quan, người khai hải quan phải khai báo việc nộp bổ sung C/O trên tờ khai hải quan và nộp C/O trong vòng 01 năm kể từ ngày đăng ký tờ khai hải quan. Trong thời gian chưa nộp C/O, người khai hải quan khai báo theo mức thuế suất MFN.
