@ Aufbau eines Controllings zum Vergleich Herstellkosten ByT1 zu den Einkaufspreisen die mit den Lieferanten realisiert werden können. Damit stetige Kontrolle über die Savings erreicht werden.
@ Haben wir pro hergestellten Artikel von ByT1 die Herstellkosten?
@ Wie können wir eine realistische Schätzung über die Savings machen?
@ Wer soll verantwortlich sein über die periodische Auswertung der Savings; Harold oder Kevin?
