- ผู้โดยสารนำลูกแมว 2 ตัวเข้าระบบ วันที่ 14 พ.ย.57 เวลา 20:34 น.
- ตคป.ไม่เห็นแต่ได้ยินเสียงแมวร้อง จึงได้แจ้งเตือนผู้โดยสารไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าระบบ
- ผู้โดยสารแจ้งว่าจะเดินข้ามฝั่ง ตคป.ไม่ได้ยับยั้ง อนุญาตให้ผู้โดยสารใช้บริการเพื่อเดินข้ามฝั่ง แต่ไม่ได้ติดตามและไม่ได้แจ้ง SC รับทราบ
- การปฏิบัติดังกล่าวไม่ถูกต้องตามขั้นตอน จะแจ้งให้สถานีเน้นย้ำการปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้องใน Briefing Sheet ต่อไป
- ทั้งนี้สถานีได้จัดทำแบบสอบสวนและแจ้งเป็นปัญหาฯ เรียบร้อยแล้ว
