căn cứ quyết định số 87/qđ-ty-qlt ngày 29/01/2015 của cục trưởng cục thú y về việc thành lập đoàn kiểm tra triển khai áp dụng các nguyên tắc "thực hành tốt sản xuất thuốc" tại công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn thuốc thú y cần thơ, thành phần đoàn kiểm tra gồm có:
1.Tiến sĩ nguyễn hoài nam, trưởng phòng quản lý thuốc, trưởng đoàn.
2.tiến sĩ nguyễn công dân, hội thú y - phó trưởng đoàn.
3.tiến sĩ lê văn sơn, giám đốc trung tâm kiểm nghiệm thuốc thú y trung ương 2, ủy viên.
4.thạc sĩ lê toàn thắng, phó trưởng phòng quản lý thuốc, thư ký.
