Chuyên viên phụ trách nhân sự của Phòng Hành chính Nhân sự có trách nhiệm trình Ban Tổng Giám đốc phê duyệt nhu cầu nhân sự của công ty theo kế hoạch hay nhu cầu nhân sự đột xuất.
Ban Tổng Giám đốc sẽ phê duyệt trực tiếp trên bản tổng hợp kế hoạch nhân sự công ty (nếu là trường hợp theo kế hoạch) hay trên phiếu đề nghị bổ sung nhân sự (nếu là trường hợp đột xuất).
Yêu cầu bổ sung nhân sự có thể được đáp ứng thông qua điều động nội bộ, tuyển dụng từ nguồn bên ngoài hoặc cũng có thể không được đáp ứng. Nếu là điều động nội bộ, Ban Tổng Giám đốc phê duyệt trên cơ sở quyết định điều động, nếu là tuyển dụng từ nguồn bên ngoài chuyển sang bước 7.4

Requires additional personnel can be met through it internal, recruitment from outside sources or can not be met. If the internal transfer, approved by the Board of Directors decided on the basis of maneuvering, if the recruitment from outside sources to step 7.4
