2.5. ĐÁNH GIÁ THỰC TRẠNG QTRRTC Ở CÁC DN VIỆT NAM
2.5.1. Kết quả đạt được
Thứ nhất, hầu hết các DN có ý thức tiếp cận và chủ động QTRRTC dù mức độ quan tâm còn khác nhau.
Thứ hai, mặc dù đa số các DN được khảo sát chưa triển khai thực hiện quản trị rủi ro một cách bài bản nhưng đều có kế hoạch triển khai trong thời gian tới.
Thứ ba, số lượng DN có hiểu biết về công cụ phái sinh nhiều hơn các DN không hiểu biết gì về công cụ này cho thấy các DN bắt đầu quan tâm nhiều hơn đến công cụ phòng ngừa (hedging) rủi ro hiện đại.
Thứ tư, một bộ phận các DN khá linh hoạt trong vận dụng các biện pháp kiểm soát rủi ro chứ không chỉ lệ thuộc vào công cụ phái sinh.
Thứ năm, QTRRTC có tác động tới giá trị DN của các DN niêm yết phi tài chính, mặc dù kết quả thu được ở các nhóm ngành là khác nhau.
Thứ sáu, QTRRTC là vấn đề đang được quan tâm hàng đầu của Bộ Tài Chính và Uỷ ban Chứng khoán.
