Nous avons était pris en charge très rapidement. Mais la communication passait très mal, et un sentiment de déranger les gens si nous demandions de répéter!!! Concernant le ménage, très bon travail et très avenant. Par contre le concierge reste très peu disponible et non chalant, il faut quasi s'excuser avant de lui demander un renseignement...Il y a aussi très peu d'informations écrites (comme les offres alléchantes sur la restauration qui défilent très vite sur l'écran, qu'on ne retrouve pas par écrit au restaurant, les apéros offerts, où& quand?)les horaires du petit-déjeunee introuvable. Piscine glacée sans possibilité d'avoir un thermomètre pour vérifier si c'est pas une erreur de jugement. Manque d'information concernant le coin sauna hammam (découvert par hasard en allant à la piscine)Les chambres sont très confortables et bien isolées.
