Doctoral level Professional Institute: economic management "capacity building of staff human resources management for enterprises in the city" by Nguyen Thi Hong (2015). The objective of the thesis is the study and the scientific basis of the proposed capacity framework for human resource management, deployment model of occupational capacity and training model based on the capacity for human resource management. On that basis, needs assessment and proposal capacity framework of human resources management for enterprises; The survey identified capacity gaps staff human resources management of enterprises in Hanoi; Analysis of the context and propose solutions to improve the competence of this team.
