A few logistical notes on the roll-out of the Program:
• As a result of legal and tax limitations in regions around the world, as well as local labor rules and laws, unfortunately certain countries will be delayed in the roll-out and others will be excluded from the Program.
• Recipients of units in the United States, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America will be contacted separately via email over the next few days with specific details on the unit grants and the Program terms.
• Minimum eligibility is determined based on years at Infor as of May 1, 2015, which is hire date for non-acquisition employees and acquisition date for all acquisitions prior to May 1, 2015, as well as other performance factors and considerations.
• Potential grants under the Program to participants in Europe and a handful of other countries will be delayed while we conduct additional analysis into local restrictions and pending review with local labor councils and leaders, as required. Employees in these jurisdictions will receive additional communication in the coming months with more details and conclusions.
• Due to adverse tax consequences, employees in Canada, unfortunately, will not be included in this Program.
• Grants under the Program going forward will be independently evaluated in the future and driven by a number of factors, including employee performance, the available pool of units, and the successful attainment of corporate goals, among other variables.

This is a new equity-linked incentive plan that will evolve over time. I view our Program as a very exciting and important step in sharing new incentives with employees and supporting our broader objectives to continue to innovate, grow, and win in our markets around the world. Our objective is to create more value and expand the Program over the years if we perform. The more we have, the more we can share.
As we approach the year-end holidays, I want to close in thanking each of you for your efforts and dedication to Infor. Each of the executives and I are proud of the many accomplishments we have made as a company over the last several years, and even more energized by the many opportunities we see in front of us.
