We would like to inform that we didn’t process the refund of BAY Stale cheques on 25.07.2015 as the report for both didn’t show the stale date for cheques as referred to the email I sent out to you, K. Naowarat and K. Jurairat on 28.07.2015 ka. However, there were actually 3 stale cheques for 0011247 which showed status as stale but without stale date provided. Therefore, I would like to apologize for missing out the refund process for these 3 cheques (as listed below). Would it be okay if we process the refund of these 3 cheques tomorrow?
