[Notes] * Please obtain the approval of the IT Manager from the user's company.
* The request must be made by the registered IT staff or IT Manager. Requests from others will not be accepted.
* Please back up the PC data before the requested application date.
* There is a possibility of not being able to retrieve the PC data if there is a failure during the encryption or decryption process;
therefore, please make sure to back up the data before starting the process.
* Please enter the full computer name (example: TST-PC00001@jpn.marubeni.org) as the computer name.
* If encrypting a non-JPN domain PC, the log-in ID for encryption software will be given by LAN support.
"* If there is a preference, please fill out the requested date for set-up application by entering a date that is
on the fifth business day or later from the date of request."
* Please connect the applicable PC to the network on the day of the requested application date.
* If the requested application date is not specified, LAN Support will designate the date for PC connection.
* On the next business day after the request is processed, it will be sent to the e-mail address listed in Requester's section.
