Bên cạnh đó, khóa luận tốt nghiệp này chỉ mới nghiên cứu các yếu tố có thể kiểm soát được. Những yếu tố không thể kiểm soát như rủi ro hệ thống, đặc điểm của ngành, các yếu tố của thị trường vĩ mô và các chính sách của chính phủ cũng ảnh hưởng tới chi phí vốn. Do đó, cần có thêm các nghiên cứu về các yếu tố này để có được cái nhìn rõ nét hơn về chi phí vốn của các doanh nghiệp cổ phần tại Việt Nam.

Results (English) 1:

Besides, this new graduation thesis studies the factors that can be controlled. These factors can not control such as risk system, characteristics of the sector, the factors of macro markets and Government policies also affect the cost of capital. Therefore, there should be more research on these factors to get clearer insight regarding the cost of capital of joint-stock enterprises in Vietnam.

Results (English) 2:

Besides, this thesis research only factors can be controlled. These factors can not be controlled, such as systemic risk, the characteristics of the industry, the market elements of the macroeconomic and government policies also affect the cost of capital. Therefore, the need for more research on these factors to get a clearer insight about the cost of capital of the joint-stock enterprises in Vietnam.
