REGISTRATION:

The official opening of the registration of INGRAW2016 will be on Wednesday, 19th October 2016 at 8:30 am.

At the registration desk, attendants will receive their badges, conference bags (including some promotional gifts), Abstracts and Proceedings CD, a printed INGRAW2016 Programme Books and an official payment receipt of the registration fees.

ACCESS TO THE INGRAW2016 AREA:

In order to have access to the INGRAW2016 area, you should always wear the official badge that will be given to you during the registration process at your arrival. This badge will allow you to have access to the INGRAW2016 rooms, lunches etc. Do not lose or forget it.

TEA BREAKS AND LUNCH BUFFETS:

All registered attendants are invited to join:
- 3 tea breaks (morning and afternoon during Wednesday and Thursday)
- 2 lunch buffets (Wednesday and Thursday)

ORAL PRESENTATIONS INSTRUCTIONS:

• Presentations must be in English or Bahasa Malaysia. (Simultaneous translation will not be provided)
• Each presentation is 25 minutes (10 minutes – Presentation; 5 minit – Question & Answer Session; 10 – Paper review)
• The equipment available by the INGRAW2016 on the conference hall/rooms will be PC, Data Projector, microphone and speakers.
• The recommended file type to be used for presentations is PowerPoint OR Portable Document Format (PDF)
• As the total duration of your presentations is 25 minutes, the recommended number of slides for your PowerPoint file is 15 to 20 slides.
• The presentation documents should be email to INGRAW2016 Committee before 17 OCTOBER 2016 at ingraw2016@gmail.com.
• All presenters should report to the session chair 15 minutes before the start of the session.
• All presenters will be introduced to the audience by the session chair.
