1.3. พนักงานที่ลาป่วยติดต่อกัน 1-2 วัน ให้นำหลักฐานที่น่าเชื่อถือว่าป่วยจริง เช่น ยาที่รักษา ใบเสร็จค่ายา หรือหลักฐานอย่างอื่นมาแสดงต่อบริษัทฯ หากไม่มีหลักฐานที่น่าเชื่อถือ บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์ไม่เชื่อว่าป่วยจริง จะถือว่าเป็นการขาดงาน
