Address bus: the bus to "carry" address value storage memory (RAM or ROM) to the CPU. This is essentially a set of wires. Sized bus, also known as the width (width), similar to the number of seats on the bus. For example, if the width of the bus is 16-bit, it can carry 16 bits of data simultaneously. Also bus also their own pace and are measured in MHz. This is followed by numbers or RAM that you see, for example, DDR3 1333MHz, 1600MHz.
Data bus: buses "carrying" real data from memory to the CPU or vice versa. Data bus also has the size and speed as mentioned above.
Read (RD) and Write (WR) line: CPU will use two lines to say to memory that it is like to take the data (read) or are wanted write data (write) to a predetermined address.
