สัญญาแนบท้าย 1เรื่อง แจ้งปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขค่าจ้าง/เงินเดือน และรายได้อื่น ๆส่วนที่ 3 หน้าที่ของผู้ว่าจ้าง15. ผู้ว่าจ้างจะต้องชำระค่าบริการให้แก่ผู้รับจ้างตลอดอายุสัญญา สำหรับค่าบริการพนักงานขับรถ ดังนี้ 15.1 เงินเดือน 13,500 บาท / เดือน (ทำงานตามปฏิทินวันทำงานของผู้ว่าจ้าง เวลา 08.30 - 17.30 น.) 15.2 ค่าล่วงเวลาในวันทำงาน 84 บาท / ชั่วโมง (ก่อนเวลา 08.30 และหลังเวลา 17.30 น.) 15.3 ค่าทำงานในวันหยุด 56 บาท / ชั่วโมง (ตั้งแต่เวลา 08.30 - 17.30 น.)* กรณีทำงานไม่เต็มวัน (8 ชั่วโมง) ให้คิดชั่วโมงทำงานโดยหักเวลาพักออก และให้คิดชั่วโมงทำงานขั้นต่ำที่ 5 ชั่วโมง 15.4 ค่าล่วงเวลาในวันหยุด 168 บาท / ชั่วโมง (ก่อนเวลา 08.30 และหลังเวลา 17.30 น.) 15.5 ค่าพาหนะ (แท็กซี่) เป็นเงิน 200 บาท / เที่ยว (ก่อนเวลา 06.01 น. และตั้งแต่เวลา 21.59 น.) 15.6 ค่าที่พักต่างจังหวัดคืนละ 500 บาท / คืน (ยกเว้น กรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างจัดหาหรือจ่ายค่าที่พักให้) 15.7 ค่าขับรถทางไกล 100 บาท / วัน (กรณีขับรถส่งงานให้ผู้ว่าจ้างตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย) 15.8 ประกันค่าล่วงเวลาขั้นต่ำ (ข้อ 15.2 ) 60 ชั่วโมง 15.9 ค่าบริการข้างต้นยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7%โดยมีกำหนดปรับใช้ค่าบริการใหม่ตั้งแต่วันที่ 26 เมษายน 2561 เป็นต้นไป บริษัท แอพต้าร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด บริษัท คาร์ทรี ลิสซิ่ง แอนด์ ไดร์เวอร์ จำกัดลงชื่อ.........................................................ผู้ว่าจ้าง ลงชื่อ...................................................ผู้รับจ้าง(นายโรหิต คาชรู) (นายพงศกร เงินศรี) กรรมการผู้จัดการ กรรมการผู้จัดการ

Article 15 the employer shall pay the service fee to the contractor after the expiration of the contract. The driver's fees are as follows:
15.1 the employer's working hours for the monthly working calendar of THB 13.500 are 08.30.1730.30. And xa0;
