โครงการที่ได้มีการแจ้งขอขยาย SCOD ก่อนครบกำหนด SCOD แต่ไม่ผ่านความเห็นชอบสามารถพิจารณาความพร้อม 4 ด้านและความเป็นไปได้ในการดำเนินโครงการ ควรเร่งรัดการสิ้นสุดสัญญาซื้อขายไฟฟ้ากับโครงการกลุ่มดังกล่าว
