แนวทางการบริหารจัดการขยะมูลฝอย โดยกำหนดโซนนิ่งการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยออกเป็น 5 กลุ่ม และ
มีหน้าที่บริหารจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในเขตพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบซึ่งครอบคลุมองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นทั้งหมด
