3.3.2. Đối tượng nghiên cứu
Đối tượng nghiên cứu của luận án là các cán bộ và giảng viên trong các trường đại học tại tỉnh Nghệ An.
3.3.3. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu
Dữ liệu nghiên cứu được lấy thông qua quá trình khảo sát 6 trường đại học tại Nghệ An bao gồm : Đại học Kinh tế Nghệ An, Đại học Y khoa Vinh, Đại học Vinh, Đại học sư phạm kỹ thuật Vinh, Đại học Vạn Xuân, Đại học Công nghiệp Vinh.
Nghiên cứu tiến hành khảo sát trên 300 người đang công tác tại 6 trường đại học trên. Môi trường được khảo sát 50 mẫu với số lượng bao gồm 10 nhân viên lãnh đạo, 30 giảng viên, 10 nhân viên hành chánh.
3.3.4. Phương tiện nghiên cứu
Nghiên cứu được thực hiện trên phần mềm nghiên cứu Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 16.0. Nghiên cứu phát ra 300 phiếu khảo sát thu lại 286 phiếu hợp lệ. Kết quả khảo sát được thể hiện ở bảng 3.2.
Công cụ sử dụng để thu thập dữ liệu là phiếu điều tra dựa trên mô hình Kovach (1987). Phiếu điều sử dụng thang đo Likert với 5 cấp độ từ “Hoàn toàn không đồng ý” tới “Hoàn toàn đồng ý”
