- Se realizo la verificación del estado de los filtros de aire en la que se observo que el filtro
primario se encuentra en buen estado y sin ningún daño superficial, presenta ligera
saturación de tierra debido a las condiciones en la que se encuentra trabajando.
- También se verifico que el filtro de aire secundario se encuentra limpio y en buen estado
(condición normal de trabajo)
- Se realizo la extracción de una muestra de aceite de motor para un análisis en
laboratorio y ver las condiciones del aceite después de 232 HRS. y descartar cualquier
anormalidad.
CONCLUSIÓN: El equipo se encuentra operando con normalidad

- En el proceso de evaluación del motor se pudo evidenciar que los filtros de aire primario
y secundario se encuentran totalmente contaminados y saturados de tierra.
- El filtro primario presenta varios cortes y daños en el cartón micro poroso, se recomienda
reemplazar ambos filtros (primario y secundario)
NOTA: En el resultado del analisis de aceite reporta condicion normal del aceite de motor,
hidraulico y refrigerante.
CONCLUSIÓN: El equipo se encuentra parado hasta reemplazar los filtros de aire primario
y secundario para prevenir daños en el motor
