 программно-аппаратные решения ВКС предъявляют меньшие требования к каналам передачи данных и конечному, клиентскому оборудованию, что в целом позволяет комплексу ВКС вести себя стабильнее в условиях нагруженных сетей;
 лучшие, по сравнению с программными решениями, интерфейсы и механизмы для интеграции, что в свою очередь позволит более эффективно реализовать функции ВКС в рамках проекта;
 совместимость с существующими системами видеоконференцсвязи в МЗ СР РК.
Вычислительные средства, узлы системы располагаются согласно схемы представленной на рисунке ниже.
