คือยามเหนื่อยก็ออกไปพัหผ่อนเป็นปกติ แต่ที่ผมนั้นชอบใจที่สุดคือการที่ผมได้ไปพิธีไหว้ครูในวังท่าพระ เพราะผมและเพื่อนๆ นั้นจัดพานกันตั้งดึกจนไม่ได้นอน ก็เหมือนตอนทำงานวาดภาพวาดจนไม่หลับไม่นอน และผมนั้น มีคณะในฝันนั่นก็คือ คณะจิตกรรม ที่ศิลปากร เพราะผมเห็นศิลปินในฝันของผม คือ อาจารย์ถวัล ดัชนี เพราะท่านเป็นบุคคลที่ศึกษา วิชาสรีระวิทยาได้แม่นมากๆ และผมก็เลยเอาท่านเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีและคำสอนของท่าน และอาจารย์ ศิลป์ พีระศรี เป็นผู้บุกเบิกศิลปะในแขนง
