1. กำหนดเวลานำรถยนต์เข้า-ออก และจอดในอาคารจอดรถ
1.1 เปิดบริการทุกวัน ตั้งแต่เวลา 05.00 – 24.00 น.
1.2 หากจอดรถค้างคืนไว้ภายในอาคารลานจอดรถ โดยมีการแจ้งฝ่ายบริหารอาคารล่วงหน้า จะคิดค่าจอดรถ 500 บาท/คัน/คืน (ไม่รวมค่าบริการจอดรถรายชั่วโมง)
1.3 หากจอดรถค้างคืนไว้ภายในอาคารลานจอดรถ โดยไม่ได้ทำการแจ้งฝ่ายบริหารอาคารล่วงหน้า ต้องชำระค่าปรับจำนวน 2,000 บาท/คัน/คืน (ไม่รวมค่าบริการจอดรถรายชั่วโมง)
2. อัตราค่าบริการรถยนต์
2.1 จอดรถ 1 ชั่วโมงแรกไม่คิดค่าบริการ

4. การนำรถเข้ามาจอดในอาคารจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฏระเบียบการจอดรถ เครื่องหมาย และสัญญาณจราจรโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง การห้ามจอดรถในบริเวณที่มีเครื่องหมายห้ามจอด บริเวณหัวมุมทางขึ้น-ลง ของลานจอดรถ และจะต้องดับเครื่องยนต์ทุกครั้งเมื่อทำการจอดรถเรียบร้อยตลอดจนปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลสถานที่จอดรถของอาคารอย่างเคร่งครัด
5. การจัดสถานที่จอดรถภายในอาคารเพื่อเป็นการให้บริการเท่านั้น มิใช่เป็นการรับฝากรถหรือทรัพย์สินส่วนประกอบของรถ ตลอดทั้งอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ของรถ ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหาย ความเสียหายหรืออุบัติเหตุใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นกับรถ หรือทรัพย์สินส่วนประกอบของรถทั้งภายในและภายนอกรถแก่บุคคล หรือการบาดเจ็บของบุคคลใด ๆ อันเนื่องมาจากการนำรถเข้ามาจอด หรือนำรถออกจากบริเวณ อาคารของผู้ใช้บริการไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
6. ห้ามหัดขับรถ ทดลองขับรถ หรือขับรถเป็นที่รบกวนความสงบสุขของผู้อื่น ห้ามทำการซ่อมแซม หรือติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ส่วนประกอบของรถในบริเวณอาคารและลานจอดรถ
7. กรณี Parking Tag เสียหายหรือสูญหาย คิดค่าปรับ 500 บาท(รวมค่าทำ Tag ใหม่แล้ว) (ราคายังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)
8. กรณีบัตรชำรุดหรือสูญหาย คิดค่าปรับ 500 บาท (ไม่รวมค่าธรรมเนียมในการจอด 50 บาท/ชั่วโมง) และต้องนำหลักฐานแสดงการเป็นเจ้าของรถกับฝ่ายบริหารอาคารจึงจะนำรถออกจากอาคารได้
9. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้เช่าหรือบุคคลภายนอก นำรถยนต์ ไม่พึงประสงค์เข้ามาจอดภายในอาคารทุกกรณี หากฝ่าฝืนจะถือว่ามีเจตนาบุกรุกและดำเนินการตามกฏหมายได้ทันที
