เรื่อง ห้ามเล่นฟุตบอล, Cricket บริเวณชั้น Lobby
เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วมทุกท่าน (โดยเฉพาะบ้านที่มีลูกชาย)

ตามที่มีการเล่นฟุตบอล, Cricket บริเวณชั้น Lobby จนทำให้เกิดความเสียหายกับทรัพย์สินส่วนกลาง และสร้างความเสียหาย /ก่อความรำคาญให้กับเพื่อนบ้าน อาคารข้างเคียงมาแล้วหลายครั้ง เช่นดวงไฟแตกร่วงหล่นไปอาคารข้างเคียง ฝ้าLobbyพัง กระจกแตกเสียหาย รถยนต์ที่จอดชั้นล่างมีสิ่งของร่วงหล่นใส่ ได้รับความเสียหายเป็นต้น
จากปัญหาดังกล่าวที่เกิดขึ้นมานานและบ่อยครั้ง ฝ่ายบริหารอาคาร จึงขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า หากเพื่อนบ้านอาคารข้างเคียง พบว่ามีสิ่งของร่วงหล่นลงไปอีก จะทำการแจ้งความกับตำรวจ ดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย เพื่อเอาผิดกับผู้ที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้น และอาคารข้างเคียงก็ได้มีการติดตั้งระบบ CCTV เพื่อบันทึกหาตัวผู้กระทำผิดไว้เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว
จึงขอความร่วมมือมายังทุกท่าน โปรดช่วยดูแล และแจ้งเตือนบุตรหลานของท่าน ดังนี้
1. ห้ามนำฟุตบอล, Cricket, มาเล่นบริเวณชั้น Lobby อีก เพราะจะทำให้ทรัพย์สินเสียหาย และก่อความรำคาญกับท่านอื่นๆทั้งในอาคาร และเพื่อนบ้านข้างเคียง
2. หากบุคคลใด ทำความเสียหายให้แก่ ทรัพย์สินส่วนกลาง / และของอาคารอื่นข้างเคียง จะต้องรับผิดชอบชดใช้ให้กับผู้เสียหาย ตามจำนวนค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจริง รวมทั้งถูกแจ้งความดำเนินคดี ตามที่ผู้เสียหายได้แจ้งร้องเรียนมา
