Đặc biệt, các dự án xây dựng sân golf ở đồng bằng, vùng đất màu mỡ và những dự án “bán bờ biển” cho các nhà kinh doanh du lịch nước ngoài rất dễ làm tổn thương đến lợi ích lâu dài của các thế hệ tương lai.
