1) What is the freq of MI failed AGV.. for example 2 times /shift * 7 day = 14 times per week. If failed 2 time than is 15%.
( I remember is about 20% but can not recall whole line AGV or MI tool).
Can’t use count of failure due to 1 time failed may cause of 3-4 times failed until calibration is passed, mean that 3-4 fail in 1 AGV cal.
Use failed refer to 1st test...if after repair and retest failed, not count.
2) Than get the pareto of AGV failed on MI // ?

3) Base on data #2, if we want to increase AGV freq , what cost ? I knew MI AGV 1 CT is 10mins per tool, if only // AGV, what will take ?
We used to do 4 times/shift compare yield and downtime, no significant improve both yield and downtime,
But this // issue does not shown up in yield and DT,….it cause ding…
4) How we ensure when place AD, that is not pull back when EE retract ? we have push plunger right ?
5) How we ensure when place Media, not pull up ?
