ปัจจุบันบริษัท UCS กำลังดำเนินโครงการขนาดใหญ่ ในชื่อ MPPU ซึ่งโครงการนี้จะเป็นการดัดแปลงโรงงาน โดยการต่อเติมโครงสร้าง รื้อถอนการติดตั้ง และติดตั้งระบบใหม่ ที่บริษัท Styrolution ทางบริษัท UCS ได้เข้ามาดูแลในเรื่องของการรื้อถอนและติดตั้งระบบใหม่
