Pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal yang diberikan kepada karyawan hotel dalam pelatihan ini terbukti mampu mempengaruhi kohesivitas karyawan. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan bagi pihak perusahaan yang ingin meningkatkan kohesivitas bagi karyawannya.
