Further ‘Building our Story’, the team published stories on Monsanto Japan Facebook leveraging the Indonesia Corn Sustainability Partnership story of better harvests for smallholder corn farmers by localizing video, infographics on World Environment Day which generated over 10,000 impressions. Our team in Australia launched two new social media assets - Monsanto ANZ on Twitter and Aussie Cotton Farmers Grow Communities Facebook page with video, visual and stories. In key countries, the team is working to launch websites and social media assets as we close from FY15 and enter FY16. These are fundamental to telling our story and urban consumer engagement. The team in Indonesia continued to ‘Tell our Story’ with more positive media stories and opinion editorials by farmer leaders and the food industry on food sovereignty and role of seeds, crop protection, traits and rural infrastructure in key dailies and TV channels.
