Wniosek końcowy: Ochronne działanie GHRL, zarówno centralne, jak i obwodowe w przebiegu CZT zachodziło w znacznym stopniu przy udziale SN i obejmowało regulacje ze strony układów immunologicznego i endokrynnego oraz systemu antyoksydacyjnego ze zmianami na poziomie molekularnym, dotyczącymi: GHS–R1a, GHRL, TNF–α, SOD–3 oraz HSP70.

Conclusion: the protective effects of GHRL, both central and peripheral in the CZT there was to a large extent by the SN and this included regulations on the part of the immune systems and the endocrine system and antioxidant status with changes at the molecular level, concerning: GHS-R1a, GHRL, TNF-α, SOD-3 and HSP70.
