วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังนี้
ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษผ่านอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์เคลื่อนที่
(m-Learning) ของครูและนักเรียน ประชากร คือ ครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษระดับมัธยมศึกษา และนักเรียนระดับ
มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สังกัดส านักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษ
จ านวน 222 คน และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จ านวน 394 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างของทาโร่
ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพและความต้องการการเรียนการ
สอนภาษาอังกฤษผ่านอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์เคลื่อนที่ (m-Learning) ส าหรับครู 1 ฉบับ และส าหรับนักเรียน 1 ฉบับ
